Come dressed in whatever you are most comfortable in and that makes you feel sensual or come dressed ready to move.
A lot of this movement is floorbased, we strongly reccomend knee pads or over the knee socks. Bring your yoga mat or furry and fuzzy rug. We will be rolling on therapy balls and skin on balls works best. Layers are recommended. Balls will be provided for use and for purchase.
