Bliss out as we take a journey with self myofascial massage by rolling with different types of therapy balls. We will spend time rolling ourselves back into balance as we are serenaded by crystal sound bowls, chimes, and other beautiful sounds. Healing our bodies and minds!

* Please arrive 10 mins early to settle into the space
* Balls provided for use and for purchase.
* Props needed: Mat, blanket, pillow, therapy balls if you have them.
* Come dresssed in layers as direct skin on balls work best for the rolling portion. Cozy & comfy dress for the sound bath portion.
